I know there are more than Hundred millions of small businesses globally, When you consider some of the most popular reasons to start a business, including having a unique business idea, designing a career that has the flexibility to grow with you, working toward financial independence, and investing in yourself — it’s no wonder that small businesses are everywhere.

But not every small business is positioned for success. So you may be in for real handicaps when you decide to take the plunge, ditch your day job, and become a business owner. The stage is often set in the beginning, so making sure you follow all of the necessary steps when starting your business can set the foundation for success.

No matter how rewarding your full-time job, finding the right side business ideas and eventually becoming fully self-employed is even more meaningful than great pay and benefits. The tricky part is, employed people, get paid instantly but entrepreneurs invest for longterm affecting their children and grandchild.

Choosing the path of entrepreneurship, and working on your side business idea, though it requires way more sacrifice than you think. However, once you’re reaping the lifestyle benefits of being your own boss and hustling your way into making significantly more money with your business idea than you ever could at your day job, the hard work will have all been worth it.

So, let’s talk about business ideas.

Mostly question always pause in our minds what should i do, where should i start, where do i got advise, who will hook me up along the way, do i have enough resource to pull out, do i have enough skills and capability to produce, After a series of questions, you will find it is next to impossible starting a business, rather been employed. This is a tarn where so many digital age cohorts have been singing the song so-called unemployment because of all looking on the same view. As a smart person will think differently and act upon it differently.

I always encourage young people to start a business, it doesn’t matter you don’t have funding, you don’t have venture capital, you don’t have investors, and sometimes your family doesn’t support you or your closest friends discredit you. It doesn’t Matter “Just start”.

Five years back I ditched my former employment and starting my new carrier and business as my line of thinking, By then I had Idea syndromes with Muzuka Stereotype, shortly I was so passionate with innovation and tech-entrepreneurship, I mostly believed those ideas will hit the market.

After a while working on, pitching to close friends kudos were around me, glad I met Tech gurus listening to my series of ideas, not an idea, simply, at the end they replied with the link called a Lean Model Canvas, spent time exploiting that tool with nine blocks oooh men.. it was so powerful. The lesson behind I had, they didn’t give me a fish rather taught me how to fish, a year later I become a mentor listened to hundreds of idea and shaping them to fit the market.

Most people believes that, they will be perfect before they start business, if that is your goal then you will never start a business, that I always say to young entrepreneurs you don’t have to be great to start, but you must start to be great, So just start to make those mistakes, let people discredit, discourage you But if you know where you are heading just keep going, Nobody is perfect even the successful entrepreneurs made mistakes but thing is they keep going and they started with those mistakes, so Just start and keep moving.

Over time, I learned a lot and I embraced failure. The biggest plus I got from the failure, Is to realize failure is a way towards success If you just start you will figure out the right path along the way. “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” — Walt Disney
